With company trainers across Europe, we used our previous experience in managing teacher training, to co-design an ambitious 'Train the Trainers' programme based on establishing an effective learning culture for their learners

At an individual level, more efficient learning methods and more independent learners, and at an organisational level, more effective in-house training, increased participant satisfaction rates, and greater internal demand for the programme
