Critical Difference
was established by Donal Carroll in 1998.
We work to enable individuals, teams and organizations to overcome barriers
to improvement, and ‘start anew’.
We
have considerable consultancy experience in the private, public and
voluntary sectors, in Further and Higher Education, and a highly experienced
team of Associates.
We have worked with clients such as NEC, the NHS, Lufthansa, Lucas, Lambeth
College, Ranger Oil, Richmond Borough and many others to refine and
strengthen our approach, to meet their needs, and yours.
We enable individuals and organisations to enlarge their repertoire when:
• the barriers they face seem insurmountable
• their current thinking is not enough
• performance lags
• they face stubborn, messy barriers to improvement
• previous changes have not worked
• the whole is less than the sum of its parts
• they ‘lose learning’ rather than make it pay
For issues like these, we use various stages to ‘start anew’: from ‘idea
start-ups’, ideas into impact, developing a more creative climate, tackling
deep-seated problems in new ways, to Managing Innovation systems and
whole-organisational change. -And, above all, to find value in learning. We
